Re: [DEV] LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10) for Raspberry Pi 4 B

However seems like there are errors in drawing the content on screen. It crossed my mind that it could run out of CMA if you increase the resolution. This didn't happen in the previous log you posted, though. There's few different ways to increase the CMA size. 256M is used by default with KMS. I'v...

Re: [DEV] LineageOS 16.0 (Android 9) for Raspberry Pi 3 B and B+

Thank you for your reply! I was hopping I could avoid buying an amazon fire tv stick. It appears that there is quite a lot of interest to turn a raspberry pi into an android tv type device. Probably a more powerful one like the Rpi4 could work in the future? There's already Android TV builds availa...

Hello all, I have a raspberry pi 3b+ that with a hifiberry digi module that I use as a media player with OSMC. I have recently found out that it is possible to install Android on my pi and I was hopping to use my pi with the netflix and amazon prime apps for android. I have paid subscriptions for b...

@ImZorex Thanks for the logs. I don't know what could be the problem. If it doesn't work with Raspberry Pi OS either there's probably some bigger problems.

Re: [DEV] LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10) for Raspberry Pi 4 B

Thanks for the detailed explanation. I ran the command and these are the modes my display able to support: (by the way, not sure why it is card1-HDMI-A-1 instead of card0-HDMI-A-1) ... Just realize I ran the command on Raspberry OS and its output is slightly different. Anyway, I ran it another time...

This forum already has a place to discuss LineageOS 17.1 on Pi 4 (https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=281187). You could try removing 'hdmi_force_edid_audio=1' from /boot/config.txt. It's specifically needed for some display but there was also one report that HDMI audio worked af...

Re: [DEV] LineageOS 17.1 (Android 10) for Raspberry Pi 4 B

Hi, I tried setting the resolution to 2160p (3840x2160, hdmi_enable_4kp60 enabled) and it doesn't seem to work. Is 1080p the max resolution supported by this build? By the way my display supports 2160p (3840x2160) 60hz. I tried Raspberry OS latest build with hdmi_enable_4kp60 enabled & it displayed...

Konsta, thanks for the dev. :D Quick question, is it possible to connect 2 (touch)screens? To use both hdmi ports on the rpi4b? Tried to edit config.txt but that made it worse, no screens worked. No, that's not possible. Has anyone had any success getting 5ghz WiFi working on the Rpi4? Really wanti...

Don't take this the wrong way, but closing down because someone violated your license seems a bit over the top, don't you think? After all 99.9% of the work is based on other peoples open source work. Why don't you simply file a DMCA request to take them down or report them to the authorities or ta...

Re: Download link for Android TV with hardware acceleration for the Pi 4? (LemonCrest)

You'll find three different versions of Android with hardware accelerated graphics for Pi 4 even from this forum posted by their authors - LineageOS, GloDroid, and OmniROM. LemonCrest was nothing but a build off of Peter Yoon's android-rpi (https://github.com/android-rpi) sources with some apps bund...

I'm not aware how you could increase USB mic volume on system level. There's probably some apps that can do it, though.
