I came across this issue, found this thread first. There has been a workaround since May 29. Add to config.txt: dtoverlay=sdtweak,poll_once From /boot/overlays/README: poll_once: Looks for a card once after booting. For the benefit anyone else who might run into this problem: tldr: Pi tries to connect to NFS over UDP. Fedora has disabled UDP for NFS by default.
