Tenx TP 6911 USB soundcard problem

Hi everyone,

I've got one of those light blue USB soundcards and although the Pi "sees" the card, I only have one channel and lots of distortion.

Is this card just crap or am I doing something wrong. I'll post my config's is anyone asks for them.

@charliesroot I've not had a problem with airplay although I don't use ITunes ? All I have installed are the stock packages. Can you post a link to what your using ? Enjoy. It seems to be slower than xbian. Its still useable and the overclocking is not yet optimized. I am running the RPi at the "Modest"-overclocking with 800 MHz. @charliesroot: I used your tutorial. I found 2 errors: 1. The name of the last file is xbmc_12.0rc3-5-1_armhf.deb, not xbmc_12.0-rc3-5-1_armhf.deb. With the right name it worked fine. 2. @anyone running this version of XBMC

Airplay doesn't seem to work? Am I the only one having this problem?

Partially fixed it by installing AirPlay support outside XBMC but with XBMC running I get a lot of AirPlay distortion/crashes. Hope my new USB soundcard arrives this week.

@jquan Make sure you have at least 128 MB for the gpu by adding/changing: gpu_mem=128 in /boot/config.txt Did you use the current version available on http://www.mediafire.com/?j1yyvxbzmmd1g ??
