Re: Troubles with YOLO on Raspberry Pi 3 B+

First, don't think about running Yolo full version on RPI! Forget it! Second, running Yolo tiny is totally possible. There are some optimization you can do to improve its FPS on RPI. The original darknet had poor performance on CPU (it was designed to run on CUDA GPU). You have to compile the darkn...

Re: Unknown troubles with serial port (UART)

I found the solution...I did not know that the serial port frequency depends on Raspberry processor frequency. When I'm correct it all worked great.
Thanks to all those who helped...

Re: Unknown troubles with serial port (UART)

I literally just fought with this - I find your symptoms usually mean either I have the wrong /dev path or something else is reading from my uart before my program can (Don't forget to disable the serial console / remove it from cmdline.txt (I think in /boot/cmdline.txt). Also here is a cut and pas...

Re: Troubles with YOLO on Raspberry Pi 3 B+

Thanks a lot...I have corrected it...and received 0.1 FPS(( :o  Is'it maximum for Raspberry Pi? Do you mean YOLO( You only look once), the convolution neural network algorithm to detect objects in a video stream? 0.1 FPS is very slow because of the limited RAM and computation speed. Image siz...

Unknown troubles with serial port (UART)

I try to read data from UART (serial0) using wiringPi lib but in one moment instead my data I received infinity -1 data. Do any one know why? The same problem using PIGPIO lib. Even when I'm using example like that. int main() { int serial_port; char dat; if ((serial_port = serialOpen("/dev/ttyS0", ...

Is it impossible to obtain normal real time object recognition on raspberry? (at least 8 FPS). Thanks.
