Raspberry pi 3 model B Power over GPIO

Hi,

I want to power my rpi 3 over GPIO but there is 4.6V deep for around 4nS in my Power supply and the voltage raise back again above 4.75V minimum specified voltage. Is this safe way to power raspberry with this power supply? or SD card may get corrupt after some time?

Many thanks.

Regards,
