ES-scraper is ok, but it's not always accurate. I ended up with about 40 incorrectly identified master system roms which were showing up as "champions of europe" just because they were european versions of games and had (europe) in the filename. You're probably not resizing the boxarts, that's why it's slow.

SCUMMVM it's already in the repo, you just need to call:

sudo apt-get install scummvm

Then copy your games to your Pi, run scummvm and add/run the games using the GUI.

RetroPie-Setup was running the script as root breaking the way some paths are obtained.

I wrote a quick fix and commited it earlier today so it should work fine from now on.

Hmm, your last commit seems to be slowing both the frontend and the emulation. Might be the new way images are loaded, I dunno.

I reverted the whole thing to the previous version and it's working fine again.

I just made a commit fixing a few things and added max image width as a parameter (If the boxart's width is above that value, it'll be resized to fit that value (mantaining aspect ratio)).

I think it's pretty straightforward, but I updated the readme anyway.
