With RaspBMC, is there a really lightweight skin?

RaspBMC plays videos like a dream, but the menus are as fluid as a ham sandwich, with Confluence at least.

Are there any ones to download that are really lightweight?

Has anyone got SABnzbd+ running under Raspbian?

If not, should I just use vanilla Debian? The version of Python seems to be giving SABnzbd+ installation errors under Raspbian, but it may just be my Debian/Linux unfamiliarity.

Thanks!

Installing XBMC under Raspbian, the guide I'm using is weird

http://www.raspbian.org/RaspbianXBMC Step 10 and 11 don't work, which makes all the others not work. Perhaps it's step 9, I get this as a result: [email protected] ~/xbmc-rbp $ make -C tools/rbp/depends/xbmc/ make: Entering directory `/home/pi/xbmc-rbp/tools/rbp/depends/xbmc' cd ../../../../; ./bootstr...

Raspbian reporting incorrect SD card size

It says it only is 2GB when it's 16GB, which is stopping me from being able to download anything significant like XBMC. How do I correct this?

It says my SDHC card is 1.88GB when it's 16GB. Why?

I'm using Raspbian.

Because of it reporting the incorrect size, XBMC is unable to be installed. How do I make it see the true size? The card isn't being used for anything else, at least intentionally.

Also, I have big black borders around the picture on screen. How do I get rid of this?
