In case you still need help: Check out my reply at this topic. KeDei used various combinations of displays and PCBs. Some displays require 20 V for the backlight, others 3.3 V. You will also need the matching firmware for your display because the ICs (ILI9481, HX8357) and timing parameters changed.

The logo is located in the firmware at 0x260D8 - 0x2645F. It is encoded with a variable length coding, the table is in the first 8 bytes.
