Fan Power Source

I Am new to Raspberry and I never used a forum before,
I bought a 3.3V/5V fan. for my B+ I am looking for a power source OTHER that the GPIO pins as I need them for my 40pin cable assembly to my breadboard.
Is there a secondary source?
Thanks in advance
Nat
