this method doesn't work with rpi4.

my current workaround is just to move the fs to the ssd. I want to move boot too and run completely from ssd again without sd

Happens to me too and cost me one hole day :(
I forgot I replaced my sata connector a few days ago and that was it.
Im back on my disassembled Seagate backup slim housing. works perfect on every reboot

btw i don't use a sd card, just a ssd disk

hi, where does the hevc encoding executed?

my plan is to install tvheadend server on a rpi3, attach a Geniatech T230 stick and to watch the streams on hardware which can encode x265 codec like odroid c2 and newer iOS devices.

does the encoding happens on the server or on the client side?
