I can't run at boot a python (with kivy) application

Hi. I got a kivy application that boot on startup. I used KivyPie OS on a pi 3 and i setting up with rc.local. All works fine. My problem comes when I use a pi 3B+. The KivyPie not boot because is incompatible. Then, I prepare a new sd card with PipaOS (nightly), I install Kivy and I run the applica...

Re: How I can do raspberry setup to showing IP camera from internet?

What is this mysterious IE plugin ? Silverlight ? I don't remember exactly, but only works with iexplorer, it does not even work with edge. Who manufactures the IP Camera ? Is a Dahua Dome camera. Belongs to my father and I'm trying to give him access from the internet. I will try to compile vlc, b...

Re: How I can do raspberry setup to showing IP camera from internet?

Ok. RealVNC I think is not for my in this case. The web browser to show the ip camera control panel is a few special and chrome, chromium, firefox, etc not work with them. Only iexplorer works if I install a specific plugin. For this reason I need a "raw" redirection like a iptables, reverse tunnel ...

Re: How I can do raspberry setup to showing IP camera from internet?

Hi. Now, I'm trying to do it with RealVNC. I was testing with iptables and ssh reverse tunnel but although the local port fordwaring works, the reverse tunnel didn't. sysctl net.ipv4.ip_forward=1 sudo iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 1111 -j DNAT --to-destination 192.168.1.192:80 sudo ip...

How I can do raspberry setup to showing IP camera from internet?

Hello everyone. I need to be able to access an IP camera that is on the same local network as a raspberry. I do not have access from the outside because it is a mobile data network that does not give me public IP or I can do NAT. I was thinking of creating a ssh reverse tunnel against a server on in...

SSH tunel inverso?

Re: NFC reader SPI very slow

Do you know if the other reader might do PPS for the card and raise comm speed from 106kbs to 424kbs ? Yes, it does. But I've change the baud rate up to 847kbps onPN532. And no appreciable difference. Are we talking about the same thing, I'm not talking about bps between Pi and PN532 but bps betwee...

Re: NFC reader SPI very slow

For read all desfire it takes a 1 second , some times a little more. What does "read all" mean in this context ? It means read all the existing files on the card, 1KB aprox. Do you know if the other reader might do PPS for the card and raise comm speed from 106kbs to 424kbs ? Yes, it does. But I've...

NFC reader SPI very slow

Hi !! I'm testing a PN532 nfc reader for my Mifare-Desfire-ev1 validation project but I can't get a good reader speed. On another hardware and another NXP reader, the reader speed is double. For read all desfire it takes a 1 second , some times a little more. I've tested with rasbian scretch (stock)...

Re: How to determine where time is spent in my app (smartcard reader)?

Hi, thanks for your answer. Yesterday I'm trying to setup a gperftools environment for my app, but it is complex and I'm going to need more time than I'd like. I've normally programmed with C without operating system and it was enough to add timestamp, I have no experience in this type of tools. Any...

How to determine where time is spent in my app (smartcard reader)?

Hi. My app read a smartcard (Mifare Desfire) through a SPI card reader (PN532). For read a one desfire file (144bytes) it takes 142ms and I think something happens so that it takes so long. The baud rate of reader is 424kbps but calculating the real baud rate I've is 8kbps. Why? I don't know. To fin...

Re: Someone with experience in Mifare Desfire?

Hi, I'm using a generic PN532 reader and the Desfire cards. I also use the same card in other software that I have done with native commands (iso 14444-3) and works perfectly. In my case, the authentication key is obtained from an external device and I need the random number (PICC_RndB) that is retu...

Someone with experience in Mifare Desfire?

Hi! I'm doing a project where I use Desfire contactless cards and I'm using an open source library called libfreefare https://github.com/nfc-tools/libfreefare . Could someone tell me if with this library I can perform the authentication by calculating the session key in an external device (SAM modul...

Reader speed with PN532 spi card reader (DESfire)

Hi everyone! I'm developing a application with PN532 card reader through SPI. I'm using libfreefare library to communicate with Mifare DESfire EV1 mainly. My problem is in the reading speed I'm getting. I've to read about 11 files on the card and I'm getting about 700ms for read them. For my applica...
