Like many people who own a pi its a great alternative to buying expensive things i dont want to spend 80GBP on an airport and so someone gave me the complete setup airpi file and it works but with a sound card enabled and i dont have one so i want to use internal sound and i dont know how to disable...

first of really make sure youve got bare essentials like power sd card then you want to goto download section and get raspberryian wheezy and burn it to your sd card and put it in your pi boot your pi up enter user and pass and there are lots of other things you can do in that command box just searc...

yeah but windows 8 needs about 2 gb of ram to run enough grafics powered by one cooling and lots of power so it possible is a good idea but it would require a lot of time money and licence fees

to be serious which is very hard that would be basically possible its a pc the raspberry pi is ment to be pocket size and adding more, ram = more money bigger ,cpu = lots more $$$ + unwanted heat, more power = less portable, bigger board = unnecessary so you want a pocket sized pc just go and get on...

have you got a class 4 sd card with 4gb of capacity is it 2nd gen and i had problems with xbmc when its plugged in i get kernel panic so i just use mouse and do you use hdmi or vga and have you tried flashing the drive and using the installer ill find link if you gimmie a moment and just mkae sure y...

ive only seriously started to use it and this took me 5 mins to thing of and fortunately enough i know someone who has a laser cutter i thought maybe if you cut a hole in a case for a fan to sit over and and exhaust hole it could work at 9v but i made that in 15 mins
