are the 2147 MHz top limit ? And why that crazy value? :)
anybody can explain it? why not 2150 or something else :)
As I can't get over 2147MHz
I did remove soc cover and I am on 40Celsius with copper heatsink
that is nice :)

what do you have in your config.txt
As I can't get more then
arm_freq=1850
over_voltage=8

Are there any caps in SOC ? Can we somehow switch them off?

can you share your source url ? In most situation HLS is combination of different streams with different qualities so if you download first m3u8 you can see list of streams with different qualities just choose one with heights bitrate . use my set of patches https://bitbucket.org/xlazom00/gst/src/11...

hls demuxer don't working on gstreamer 1.0 and 1.2

try 1.4 or git master version

hls and all adaptive stream demuxers was in heavy development
