I have just installed ubuntu mate on my rpi4 and have it hooked up to a 70inch vizio tv. I have the pi resolution set to 1920x1080. Just changed from rpi3 to rpi4. I had it connected to a 21” led 1080 monitor and it works great, performance much improved when playing videos on iPlayer.
