Re: CentOs on a pi?

I tested it does not work. So It might not have it.
Can you tell me if I want to implement the I2C driver for RPI 3, is there any documentation, Data sheet for me to reference?

Re: How to enable I2C for CentOS on Raspberry Pi

I did step 1, to modify the config.txt to add the line
dtparam=i2c_arm=on

This did not seem to work.
I am not sure how to safely do the second step to modify the linux kernel.
Can you give more details how to do so?

Re: STICKY: Optional interfaces (I2C, I2S, SPI) and Device Tree

I am running CentOS. I added the line : dtparam=i2c_arm=on to the end on the config.txt then reboot. After reboot I ran the test program and still get the error: Unable to open I2C device: No file or directory. You have mentioned manual load the I2C-dev. can you give more details. I am running CentOS.

How to enable I2C for CentOS on Raspberry Pi

Does anyone know how to enable I2C for CentOS to use with the WiringPi library on the Paspberry Pi?
I am trying to run the I2CSetup Interface but having the error "Unable to open I2C device: No such file or directory".
