The website says it's out of stock, so the wait time is 3 to 5 weeks. The price seems a bit high for such a long lead time.

Sorry, I forgot to add that using the Raspberry PI + Arduino like this each one is effectively a remote IO expander that has Ethernet. You can just hook up multiple Raspberry PI's together.
