I installed latest image from september to PI4 4GB and getting chromium exit .. profile errors.. exiting goes well but next start is loosing data. No data is stored from previous chromium session. Now I am with 512 version of Raspi .. same sd card as before with 256 version, only updated and upgraded since then (yesterday).. and no rpi-update for firmware, only that one with comes from repo. My PI is also crashing sometimes, so I did some ping-script to another computer and remote on/off plug is controlled by the script if no answers to ping is available.

I got Logitech C200 working on Debian Wheezy 2012-08-16 ..upgraded, updated everything. And ffmpeg from multimedia.org and motion from trunk. And resolution is 640x480.. sometimes the video is closed, but I did some perl code to check the log and restart the motion if video is closed. Seems to work ...

sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces

Sudo gives you superuser priviledges, no need to change permissions of the file.
