Youtube video not in sync with audio output

I am having trouble with YouTube on the raspberry pi. The audio of a YouTube video is often not in sync with the YouTube video. I have tried refreshing the page, but nothing seems to be working. With older versions of Raspbian, YouTube videos were perfect If anyone has any advice it would be very he...

Re: Can you put a pi zero on a pi 3 to boost performance

For the purposes that I want to use it for, it would be for CPU-related purposes. I already understand that you cannot use the pi0 to boost GPU processing. My question is how can you set up and connect the pi0 to the pi3 to boost the CPU performance so that it works as a mini pi zero cluster. If any...

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12.1 on Raspberry Pi 3

I am using the power supply supplied to me by Canakit. I get the lightning bolt signal (low voltage) sometimes. I usually see this at boot when the kernel is loading, and when I am plugging in external hardware such as a USB cam and external hard drives.

I am running NOOBS 11-29-2017 using only raspbian, although I have done sudo apt-get update & upgrade. I am using a Gateway monitor with the resolution 1920x1080 through an HDMI cable connection.

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12.1 on Raspberry Pi 3

I want to use the OpenGL driver to speed up the performance. I am using a pi 3. I have tried to use OpenGL before but it leads me to a black screen each time I boot. Are there any suggestions to enable OpenGL correctly so that I can boost the performance of Minecraft if anyone has any tips, it would...

Re: How to setup Minecraft 1.12.1 on Raspberry Pi 3

I am at the bit where you have to install optifine via the optifine installer. Whenever I click install, it says that Minecraft 1.12.1 is not found and I have to start the version manually.
I tried to change the directory from .minecraft to Minecraft, but it does not seem to work

can anyone help?

Re: How to change 32 bit packages to default architecture on a raspberry pi 3

Is there any way to modify the Eclipse IDE so that the plugins and other files download correctly? To install the IDE, I simply typed: sudo apt-get install Eclipse As I was looking at the download notes in the terminal, an error popped up indicating about java certificates not being downloaded, and ...

Re: How to change 32 bit packages to default architecture on a raspberry pi 3

I found another reason why I had these errors. I had installed the Eclipse IDE, and somehow the installation affected accessed repositories and java plugins. I could format the SD card, and then flash the raspbian image back to the Sd card, or reinstall the image from noobs and it would reset the pi...

Re: How to change 32 bit packages to default architecture on a raspberry pi 3

One day I tried to install wine from WineHQ carelessly without looking at all the notes on the downloads page. The first instruction for Debian users was to "enable 32 bit packages" in which I entered the code into the command line. Now, whenever I do sudo apt-get upgrade after sudo apt-get update, ...

Re: How to change 32 bit packages to default architecture on a raspberry pi 3

I have gotten another SD card (32 GB Samsung Evo Plus) and I still have the same problem interestingly enough. Therefore it could be something with the rpi unit itself. I will have to replace it.

Wouldn't that have only affected the old micro SD card?

How to change 32 bit packages to default architecture on a raspberry pi 3

Hi, I have a raspberry pi 3 and I changed its architecture to 32-bit packages to install wine. I would like to change my architecture back to the default architecture so that I may be able to update my pi regularly. If anyone has advice they can give me, it would be very helpful. Thanks, Christian N
