Video Stream

I want to use a raspberry pi to stream over the internet so I can check on it from anywhere outside my personal wifi. How possible is that? I already own a few website domains so something that would not be a problem.

My family doesn't depend on the laptop. The photo booth does. The photo booth is only one of the things we can provide. Also I've read in multiple sources that raspberry pi can run a "bare bones" version of windows 10. I'm only trying to run a single program off the pi to free up processing power on...
