Re: More than one Wordpress in my Raspberry Pi

What I'd do if I were you is: 1. Shutdown the current system, pull the SDCard and put it somewhere safe 2. Get a new SDCard 3. Write Raspbian on the new SDCard 4. Boot it and install Apache2 and the other prerequisites for WP 5. Get one WP site running 6. Take a backup copy of everything in the /et...

Re: Accidentaly changed critical ownership. Need help to restore.

Apache is working with no problems (Webmin, PiMonitor...). If I could at least fix the access to MySQL to enter in Wordpress I would be able to backup manually some of my work inside the Wordpress site. Once done, no problem to start from new fresh Raspbian installation.

Re: Accidentaly changed critical ownership. Need help to restore.

Oof... it's going to be easier to start with a fresh install. Not all files are meant to be owned by root:root and now you have no way of knowing what they're all meant to be. You could, in theory, use 'find' on a clean install to find all non-root owned files and use the output from that to fix mo...

Re: More than one Wordpress in my Raspberry Pi

This is a crude and ugly hack sudo -i cd /var/www chown -R root.www-data * find . -type f | xargs chmod 664 find . -type d | xargs chmod 775 exit It means your web server userid can write any file & any directory below /var/www. You can change back to root.root ownership and chmod 644/755 for stuff...

What's the ownership of ../wordpress2 & ../wordpress2/wp-admin? Can www-data read ../wordpress2/wp-admin/setup-config.php? Re: List of websites hosted on a Pi?

Hi all.

Here´s my Raspberry Pi website (English version page right out of the box):

http://megacros.ddns.net/english-version/

Hope you like it.

I would love to find that website list too. Anyway, we could create a new one and share it to make it grow.

: )

Regards from Spain.

My advice on your previous (slightly different) thread stands. Check the Apache log files for error messages.
Thanks. error.log is empty.
