Ah, OK thanks for the info. I have a manual somewhere but not sure if it goes into much technical stuff, will have a look.

Old WiFi alarm comms.

I have an old WiFi alarm on 868mhz consisting of door contacts and pir's etc. Will I be able to talk to it using a rfm69 module? I thought it would be a nice little project so I can get to know the RPi better.
