i installed 2 raspbian and switched between them using a shell script. i dont need the second os anymore but remove noobs doesnt work. so i deleted the partition.

how can i ensure that no problem is using wifi even if ethernet isn' connected? how can i start the wifi with only one simple command and how can i set up that wifi is used by a program, lets say a download manager?
