Hy.
I have installed Hostapd on my Pi 4, using 2.4ghz.

I have tried to use thé 5ghz,
By modifying the files hostapd.conf :

Code: Select all

hw_mode=a # a simply means 5GHz 

channel=0 
It doesn't work 😭

Someone Can help me 😀

As the gpio pins have no way of knowing what connected to them, there is no way using software to get that information for things like switches , LED's etc... If you have a true hat with EPROM on board it may be possible , but I guess that would depend on the hat in question, if it not a true hat b...

I noticed that we could use the same WiFi chip to make the adhoc network and connect our Raspberry to our router in wifi. This solution interests me strongly but I do not see how they did. Can someone help me :)
