Did you ever try to figure out, where your browser is asking for the CSS, that don't work? E.g. https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/ shows a Wordpress help page, that explains, how you can change “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” settings of your installation...

4.19.75-v8+ runs on my Raspberry Pi3 and on my Raspberry Pi4 if I add arm_64bit=1 to /boot/config.txt

Review the page source in your browser. If you see "http://localhost", try this: https://wordpress.org/support/article/c ... -site-url/
"http://localhost" is working only if you access Wordpress from a browser on your Raspberry Pi.

Just did that. The thing even booted to the Desktop. Only my keyboard didn't work. :( Maybe because it's a wireless one. Needed a second machine to enable ssh and login remotely to run apt. No problem, if you are aware of that. You need it anyway to restore the old cmdline.txt It's your choice. Are ...

Re: Hybrid (SD + SSD) boot 101?

If you ever get into trouble, you still have a working Raspbian system on the SD card to fall back on for trouble-shooting. usb-boot at Running Raspbian from USB Devices : Made Easy will get you there in short order. Did you ever boot a system where boot partition and root partition are out of sync...

Re: Raspbian on a hard drive for PC

If your "hard drive for PC" is an USB hard drive, you can use it similar to an USB stick. Otherwise you will need an adaptor.
Hard drives consume more power than USB sticks. E.g. two WD elements USB hard drives without own power supply don't work together on my Raspberry Pi.

Re: How will I Know [Are the directories created on my HDD and all files being put onto it,]

You need to investigate, what fills your root partition. First unmount your HD-drive to see whether there are files below /pi/mnt/CamFiles "hidden" by mounting your HD drive to that folder. Next start investigating the disk usage with sudo du / -d 1 --exclude='/proc' to figure out what actually fill...

Re: Hybrid (SD + SSD) boot 101?

Only the boot (FAT) partition is needed on the SD-Card, only the root (Linux) partition is needed on the SSD. Write access to the boot partition is needed for kernel/bootloader updates only and for configuration changes in config.txt or cmdline.txt ... Format your drives accordingly and copy everyth...

The man page says:
When you specify a directory in a Cmnd_List, the user will be able to run any file within that directory (but not in any sub-directories therein).

Re: Formatting a USB Memory Stick for Use on the Raspberry Pi

A Rasperry Pi can read exFAT. It only can't boot from exFAT partition (you can't install NOOBS on an exFAT partition). If your USB memory stick has 64MB size only, I wouldn't recommend to use it for a boot partition and Windows would allow FAT filesystem on it ;) .
