We accidentally put 5v to the gnd pin on the e305654 adapter board. Can we get a schematic of the adapter board or do you know if just the board is sold?

Hello, I purchased a sense HAT to help get my son excited about weather data acquisition but the LEDs stay latched on the rainbow colors. I understand that the LEDs should go clear once the boot process is complete. Please help
