Kernel Sources [SOLVED]

I'm trying to get the kernel sources for the 2013-09-10 release. I know the kernel is 3.6 (the latest kernel is 3.6.11) Does anyone know the correct github 3.6 link?

You might also consider buying some Linux magazines which often have project ideas for the Raspberry Pi. The May 2013 edition of Linux Journal might be a good place to start.

I've got the same card and I can't get it to work properly either. It seems to be one of the cards that aren't compatible with the RPi. I swapped it out for another (Transcend Class 10, 16GB) and have had no problem since.

No. Just edit /etc/network/interfaces

Make sure to comment out the wpa_supplicant.conf reference. (or delete it)

Which model Kingston 8Gb class 10 card do you have? I have a SD10V/8GB and it has been problematic for me. I also have a couple of Kingston Class 4 cards which won't boot at all.

Given the uniformity of the 'errored' downloads thought I might try one anyway, and so downloaded the diskimager binaries (ignoring the bug warning) - The exe starts, but neither finds the SD card, nor has a working dropdown. I believe it has to do with usb limitations on the RPi (I'm not an expert on these things). It's pretty safe to say that the clicks you hear are the drive trying to start up and then not having sufficient current to spin the drive. Normal power up behaviour? Or not?

I finally got my portable USB hdd configured for my RPi, so I connected it with a usb y cable with one connector going to my powered hub and the other to the top usb port on my rev.b RPi. Lo and behold, the RPi powered up (without the 5v adapter connected). Is this normal behaviour?
