Mr Engman, Cheers for the script, got it mostly working. I say mostly because everything is ok until I 'startx'. Then the dongle just locks up. Any ideas?? Using the new raspbian distro from downloads page, Edimax EW-7622UMn dongle, which uses the RTL8192Su chipset. Also latest version of your scrip...

Hi Jerry

If you have a windows pc handy, do a search for 'HP USB format tool'. I use that to reformat pendrives and sd-cards. Under win7 it may say you need admin rights, just right click and 'run as administrator'.

Have also had some problems with the Pi hanging on reboot So today, I setup 2 different SD cards First card was a 2GB integral, and I just re-imaged via win32image. Then I did my standard setup as follows: Boot then reboot to set the card up, get rid of nfs fails etc. BTW using Debian image from dow...

Hi all,

If you add -P to your shutdown command, it powers off, so try:

sudo shutdown -h -P now

I'm using the composit out atm, and with this command tv goes to a blue no signal screen. Not sure what happens with hdmi, so can someone test it and let us know?
