You could change the SSH daemon on the Raspberry Pi to anything that is not being use on the Pi itself but that would still leave the question of whether the legacy OS you are connecting from needs to be set to allow outgoing connections on that port. Ok. auth.log shows that sshd is starting up ok. And it shows your connection from localhost. The packet filter defaults on Raspbian are to allow all incoming connections. So you'd have to look elsewhere for the problem, if all three machines are on the same LAN. I'm unfamiliary with legacy operatin...
