Macro Close up/ microscope for working with Jewelry

I am try to find a way to get a blown up video of my work on Jewelry, specifically cutting with a jewlers saw, any camera module or adapter for then so I could turn a RPI into a type of microscope to put a live video on a monitor?

I have no idea what that is. Where did you find the photo because I've never seen a Pi with that on, and I've seen quite a few Pi models.
