Get another SDCard & a USB reader. Build a copy of plain Raspbian on the new SDCard using http://etcher.io Boot the system from that. There's probably not a way to save it. If you press [CTRL]+[ALT]+[F2] does it give you a login prompt? Can you login there? Is there anything it shows other than a blinking cursor? You may image another SD card and rescue your files and build a-new. On another forum I was told that it may have run ...
