I fiddled some more and now the phone says its playing through the pi but nothing comes out the headphone jack. Sorry for the lack of knowledge on my part. This is my first project with the machine. Thanks for the guidance. I am using raspbian. It seemed like the bluetooth connection class was automatically going to 0x000000 so I changed it main.conf to 0x200420 but that didnt help. I also checked that the HDMI audio output worked and the aux and forced the output to go to aux.
Still cant get it to work. Any help would be great. Thanks
