My cousin has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, putting him in a wheelchair without the use of his arms or legs and needing someone to feed him. However, he can hold say, a ps4 controller. Re: Raspberry Pi smart Home

Also, going back to lights, is there a sort of miniature piston I can use that when I press a button on my phone it turns on the light switch? I've looked at wemo and always wondered how it works and realized this is a possibility. Any ideas? I would most likely make the switch myself in that case.

Re: Raspberry Pi smart Home

I looked into that but the problem is that linear actuators are very expensive and likely to be very big... Anything I could possibly do with the old engine of a remote control car?
This would turn a coil which would push down the toaster thing and start the process.

Re: Raspberry Pi and Apple

I would like it to be able to connect to my iPad, iPhone, and Windows computer and do stuff such as Search the Internet, stuff that cortana and Siri do just on one single device.

Does that make sense :?:
