Update on my previous issue...

We switched out the Pi 4 for a Pi 3B+ and no issues!

We plugged the Pi 4 into a regular monitor and all we keep getting is "No Signal Found", it doesn't recognize the display. So it turns out that it's not the 7" touch screen, it's something to do with the Pi 4.

This is the one we have but we did not see the white DSI connector in it so we used a different one we had (CSI connector cable) - it also seems that there isn't a replacement connector that you can just order by itself.
