Re: AntiVirus solution for Pi - Raspbian OS (armhf architecture) ?

Thanks, did found that. To start with, how many users do have "alice" as user? Its not mentioned that "alice" is an example. Second, the idea was to erase user "pi", but it can't. Seems too be needed in some parts. Third, its way too short. It doesn't show what happens...

Yes, the obvious question at this point is: why?

Re: Where is the Terminal Logs kept?

On PiOS the history is saved in ~/.bash_history

See e.g. https://www.digitalocean.com/community/ ... -linux-vps for more history info, including how to change the history size, etc

I have reported this problem, https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/a-new- ... nt-1522131, more than a year ago.
That's not the best way of reporting issues. It will just fade from memory...
I think it should be done at https://github.com/raspberrypi-ui/pcmanfm-buster/issues

Re: lost the email for my licenses how can I go about getting my licenses again?

When you do get the Licence keys back, apply them to your Pi as soon as possible. Then it doesn't matter if you lose them again - they will be permanently set on that Pi. How does that work? Do the license keys survive an SD card reformat? It's written to the OTP bits. Has been happening for quite ...

I found multiple websites that describe installing Cherrytree on the pi. See e.g. https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/cherrytree Looks like it was not included in Buster, but will be back again in Bullseye Reason could be incompatibilities with libraries Somehow, I doubt this, because there are so...

What you are seeing is likely expected behaviour.
Agree with that.
I have several ESPs set for a 1hr deep sleep. The actual sleep time is consistently less (around 56-57 minutes) but not the same every time.
I have seen several minutes difference between one deep sleep period and the next.

Nevetheless I find weird how it start having issues. The only new operation I remember is I started Jupyter Notebook
Mu and Jupyter depend on different versions of the Prompt Toolkit that are not compatible.
For me Jupyter is more important than Mu so I got rid of the latter.

Re: Cannot mount Samba share

Use 'user' instead of 'username'.
Also not sure about the forward slash at the end of the share name 'tp-share'

I would try to mount it manually first (using 'sudo mount') as it's easier to debug than fstab entries
