I just called them and they said it might be due to moisture as it was kept for almost 10 months without any proper cover or the other possible reason is that the pi 3 is being supplied with more power supply than its requirement which it couldn't handle (e.g = 12-15V)

Sorry the red led is not blinking, its constantly on when i gives the power but the screen doesnt comes up with the pi GUI
