Absolutely love it I have a second Pi ready to set up as a media player, so have a plan for a second case. How are you getting on with actually using it? Do you notice much noise from the fan? Very jealous of the lettering - that really looks great.

That aside, I've seem some 'eco' tower cases made from corrigated card - perhaps there could be a poor/lazy man's version made from corregated card layers PVAed together? Looking at it again, the layers can not be independent; you have to glue some of them together because otherwise you wont get any casing between the USB and Ethernet sockets for example.
