Most of the carriers I have flown on have USB charges build in on the newer planes ..

Anyone tried powering Zero from such a power source?

Laptop ban on some flights - RaspberryPi A/B/Zero W allowed?

Hi, since it looks like the laptop, tablet, e-readers, keyboards, power cable transformers, external hard drives, "spare or separate device batteries, portable power sources" will not be allowed in cabin or in "hold language" https://www.gov.uk/government/news/additional-hand-luggage-restrictions-on...

I can get the boot up messages appear on the screen now, but then it would go dark after few seconds and no console/terminal is displayed :(

Re: OpenGL Driver screen issues

The GL driver currently ignores overscan/underscan settings, which is what is causing your problem. In that case I think there's a misunderstanding about what 'overscan' and 'underscan' mean. My monitor displays nothing (black) when the GL Driver is enabled, which suggests that the HDMI signal is o...

I see, this could be the answer:
viewtopic.php?p=1120099#p1120099

"it produces a black screen on my PiTop, because that is an example of a screen resolution with which it is incompatible."

So the GL driver is at fault ..
