when you want something from your database you need to use sql sql query the command that gets the data oyu want or a command does things to the database update delete add etc... lets say you have database called home and you have table called doors and door table has column name numbers if you want...

try as admin

and it seems like all the configs are correct and the program can connect the server but the login information are not correct .
go to sql server management studio
in object explorer go to security - right click on logins and create new login
and use those info in your python script
