Re: Bluetooth on RP 3B

I have finally installed the connect version of nodejs and npm to be able to install noble. Brought up about 300 lines of warnigns but I think it is ok.

No I haven't been able to get : sudo hcitool lescan to work, I just get Input/Output Parameters failed.

Re: Bluetooth on RP 3B

Oh thankyou I forgot I posted that previous questions because I never got an email saying you had replied sorry. BlueZ is preinstalled on Raspian ? I think so because it recognises the gattool command?
I have never heard of node.js, I shall do some googling.

Does anyone have a good DMA to SPI example

I currently have a program that does a DMA transfer from one memory block to another every 5ms. I know that I can set the PERMAP to 6 in the TI in the control block to get it to use the SPI Tx FIFO. I also have a SPI program working using the bcm2835 driver thing that you can install. However, these...

Using the mailbox method. https://github.com/Kroltez/PI-DMA-Counter I want to now create a DMA transfer from a memory block to SPI Tx. My understanding is all I need to do is set the channel DREQ to 6 ? Code...

Prioritizing a ticker

I have made code that polls the system to get time in ns and then turns a gpio pin to high every 1ms. The while 1 loop runs in about 200ns but when other things are happening on the pi it can increase up to 10us!, I need this not to happen and since creating an interrupt instead of a poll is quite c...
