Re: broken lock on raspberry 7inch screen..please someone help

This is what I did. First, I wedged a piece of cardboard to see if that would work. It did, but the cardboard tended to slip out unless I taped it in position. Then, I ordered this part from Digi-Key. It is an an exact match. SFW15R-2STE1LF 15 Position FFC, FPC Connector Contacts, Top 0.039" (1.00mm...

Re: run the HDMI and TFT screen simultaneously

I have tried the sudo raspi-config/Advanced Optionsd/GLDriver KMS option. When fullKMS is enabled, the monitor works and when fakeKMS is enabled, the touchscreen works. However, the touch part works even if the touchscreen display is off. Not both of them at the same time. I use this because I am le...

My Bluetooth is also broken. I did a clean install/upgrade and update. I get the following message. Failed to connect to device., GDBus.Errororg.bluez.Error.Failed.Protocol not available. Try connecting again.

All the hardware works and works with the Raspberry Pi Jessie on the last image.

I have to submit a password, which IS NOT remembered, in order to connect to other computers on my network. It cannot be my hardware because everyt...

New Jessie Distribution

The new Jessie distribution is VERY nice., I still have to access my Windows 7 drive from the Pi with smb://[IP Address] and that's OK. The date and time and the Bluetooth audio both work VERY well on both my Pi2 and Pi3. THANK YOU development team!!!

Re: Raspberry Pi 2 and Bluetooth Audio

I am doing that because that's the only problem I have with Wheezy. I have 3 of them with Jessie. Networking, Bluetooth audio, and setting the date and time. It was a choice. Use a distribution with one problem or one with 3.

Raspberry Pi 3 and Bluetooth Audio

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 with the latest distribution of Jessie installed. I have to reconfigure the Bluetooth audio every time I boot to hear audio from my Bluetooth speaker. Is there any way to avoid this and save the configuration?

Raspberry Pi 2 and Bluetooth Audio

I have a Raspberry Pi 2 B with a Wheezy distribution installed. I installed Blueman. Now VLC Media player plays my .mp3 files and no sound comes out.

Is it possible to use a wireless Bluetooth speaker with Wheezy and, if so, how do I install it?

Pi 3, Jessie and Networking

I have a Raspberry Pi 2B and a Raspberry Pi 3B. Supposedly, Wheezy won't work in a Pi3. It works perfectly if you set it up in a Pi2B. I have Samba installed in order to file share Windows 7 >Pi3 and vice versa. It works flawlessly on Wheezy. It works Windows 7>Pi3. on Jessie and not at all Pi3> Win...
