Re: Phantom button presses

Anyone have any ideas? Unfortunately I never got this to work consistently with GC controllers, although, in my last post I managed to make some improvements but I was a little hasty in thinking it was solved. The phantom inputs eventually came back and I gave up and haven't really looked at it sin...

Re: Lowest Profile SO-DIMM Socket

Thanks for the info, I'm sure I can live with 4mm. I've kept digging for that "mid mounted" socket I'm sure I've seen - pretty certain in was on an old MacBook as below (although the is a double socket). Guess this must be a special Apple part as it doesn't seem to be available anywhere? s-l1600.jpg...

Lowest Profile SO-DIMM Socket

What's the preferred socket for minimum board height? I'm looking for something as low as possible - preferably mounted mid-board to really reduce the height. I'm sure I've seen these in some laptops but I can't find anything from the usual suspects (RS/Farnell/Mouser). I'm hoping someone here has f...

Re: Raspberry Pi and Psion

I realise this is an old thread but just wondered if there was any progress from anyone on this one? Specifically with the issues around the screen. I'm toying around with something similar on a Psion Revo but this is a little more challenging since the keyboard matrix is integrated to the main boar...

Re: Multi-console gamepad driver for GPIO

GC and N64 controllers are most problematic due to their async protocol so even small tweaks can make a difference. Getting an official controller is a good idea, it's more likely people have used that when testing/improving the driver. I've just gotten back to this after a few months away with an ...

Re: Multi-console gamepad driver for GPIO

Hi all, I've just read through this entire thread looking for more info on configuring GameCube controllers but appear to have drawn a blank - is there a definitive guide anywhere? I've successfully used the gamecon driver in the past for attaching SNES controller with no problems whatsoever but I'm...
