Re: GUIDE: Google Assistant on Raspbian

Actually, it was my mistake. I choose "web application" during the OAuth Client ID creation instead of something else. I amended the dict from "web" to "installed" in the assistant.json file and it worked. But now, I encountered [20564:20590:ERROR:audio_input_processor.cc(748)] Input error I had fo...

Thanks for the guide! But I still have the error with low volume. I can't increase the volume with the command "okay google, set up the volume to max". Assistant answers: To get help with that you will need some information.... Any fix? Do all commands result in that answer, or just the volume one?...

Hi, When I am running the last command in the guide: python3 src/main.py , I am getting a comment as: cannot run hotword demo on Pi Zero! I guess that it is because of the incompatibility of the Pi Zero W that I am running. If yes, can you please somehow resolve this issue ASAP as I have this proje...

My LCD is connected to pin 25, have checked if there is any way to disable the LED, but so far nothing has done the job, will keep investigating that though, thank you :) If changing the GPIO pin used by the LED is sufficient, I think it should be possible to do so by changing the _GPIO_LED constan...

Sorry, I don't know anything about the libttspico package or the pico2wave command. If you haven't done so yet, I would suggest running "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade".

GUIDE: Google Assistant on Raspbian

I know there are already a number of guides online for this, but after setting it up myself and needing to search for information across multiple sites, I thought it would be helpful to have a consolidated guide. Here it is. To set up Google Assistant on Raspbian, the only things you need are a Pi 2...

Can't help with why or where it's gone but Google shows a cached snapshot dated 29th Jan 2018, so it went walkabout fairly recently. Seems your post count was up to 45 or more, now down to 7. I guess you had quite a bit invested in that thread. From looking at other cached snapshots of your posts i...

Re: APP: play tracks from youtube !

I tried using youtube-dl and the Python VLC bindings, based on code from @busyman96's fork. I was able to implement play/stop/pause/resume for YouTube music. IMO the play command still takes a long time to run, but presumably this is faster than using mpsyt . My version of "assistant_library_with_lo...
