Russ - can you add your findings to the bug on github at https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/issues/29 ? Especially that it happens in Raspbian as well as Squeeze. I've found that installing gpm (console mouse driver) and starting it can also cause the issue with the pings. Still haven't managed t...

Re: trying to get netgear n150 wna1100 wifi adapter to work

Spent this afternoon getting a Netgear N150 WNA1100 USB WiFi adaptor to work, using Hexxeh's R3 Raspbian image but I will add I had the same symptoms in the Debian image earlier in the week so the solution should be the same, will give it a go in Debian tomorrow to confirm or not. Also I didn't use a USB hub and instead keyboard and mouse were plugged directly into the PI, also previously the mouse was plugged int...

Re: New Raspbian "Pisces" Image

Bit of feedback, as per Scooby had to delete all the lines to get Eth0 working, done all the apt-get update/upgrade and rpi-update etc.. Generally quite a nippy feel to the build when it comes to responsiveness/boot times. But I'm getting about a 50-60% packet drop running LXDE, if I don't bother st...
