Solderless Zero connectors

Hi there, We have an invention which allows people to connect headerless PCBs (like the Pi Zero) together - without soldering and without force. It is called a "Quick connect PCB clip". We have entered our last few days in this project and are sharing a last chance to join the kickstarter project be...

Re: High Precision AD/DA board ADS1256

your setup is like so : 5v =====> pot =====> ADC input ===> ..................|| ..................|| .................GND What people are saying is that the 5v reference will have analog signal NOISE. This noise is measured by your ADC ... from what you say, your noise is showing in the last 8 to 1...

Pi3 & Zero W : overlays with buildroot

Hey all,

It is possible to compile buildroot however it appears that overlays aren't working ...
Anyone got pointers on using overlays with buildroot and the Pi3/zero W ?

thanks

Re: Pi3 & Zero W : wifi with buildroot

Checked it out ! They are using very old versions of linux and buildroot.

This worked for me :
BR2_PACKAGE_WPA_SUPPLICANT=y
BR2_PACKAGE_RPI_WIFI_FIRMWARE=y
BR2_PACKAGE_RPI_FIRMWARE_INSTALL_DTB_OVERLAYS=y

with suitable settings for network/interfaces and wpa_supplicant.conf

pogo pin clip - zero compatible

Check these awesome zero compatible pogo pin clips :
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/12 ... ef=piforum

They are awesome for rapid prototyping and also connecting headerless boards such as the zero or other addons.

PCBh quick connect clip

Hey there,

I thought this may be of interest to Pi Zero people.

A new PCB quick connect clip is available - it lets you connect to headerless PCBs (like the zero) in seconds.

Come check it out here on kickstarter.

Re: PiDeck Digital Vinyl System released

Hey guys, thanks for the hard work,

https://github.com/pideck/pideck/issues ... -269236535

I noticed you have Pideck down to 4 ms with the audio injector sound card - awsome ! I wonder how/if we can get the latency down further ?

Solderless quick connect clips for the GPIO header

Hey there, We are keen to get feedback on our PCB quick connect clips ... see here . We think these are the ultimate for solderless connections to header footprints - like the Pi Zero's unpopulated header. What do you think of our video, project or other things ? zero.bot.ai.top.web.jpg thanks Matt
