Yeah, kiosk addons force it to full screen.
Try pushing F11 to exit full screen.
if that doesn't work, just uninstall the addon. Use CTRL + SHIFT + A to get to the addons menu, and then uninstall it.

It's an issue with the SD card. When you yanked it out, you corrupted the main partition. Download jessie again, and re-image using win32disk image.

Yes, this is normal. The Pi's audio amp isn't all that powerful, so some static makes its way in there sometimes.

It may also just be your cable. Try another one and see if that helps.
