I have formatted the microSD and have put NOOBS 1.9.1 on it. Upon the first boot, I only see Raspian to install. I was expecting to see a selection of operating systems to install. What am I doing wrong?

I knew this would happen. I spent hours trying to get the GtkHash to work. I had seen the shasum on the download page, but I thought I also needed to retrieve shasum from within the downloaded file.
