The job is done :). Now I can use RaspiStill as a library and call functions from inside it using Python. I changed CMakeLists.txt and added some functions inside "raspistill.c".

You can use cython to compile your python code "file.py" to library "file.so" that you can import in your main python program. I use this method last year and it works.

Thank you Paddy for your help, it works. I read that there is an other way to use directly frames from camera without using numpy arrays by using SurfaceTexture.
