Full adder with instruction set CPU

This isn't neceserially raspberry pi related, however I'm interested in seeking advice on how I might go about building a full adder with a programmable instruction set. Could anybody provide any advice on how I would go about this? What components or parts I might need? Or any advice is youve done ...

Re: Please explain: Baking Pi - GPIO Pin 16 Settings

What joan said. Those pages list the details of all the registers used by the GPIOs and the different modes each one can be set to. The first two are the same for all GPIOs: 0 = Input, 1 = Output. The rest depend on which GPIO Edit: Just to confuse us all, the Modes aren't called 1-7 (or 0-7). They...

Re: Please explain: Baking Pi - GPIO Pin 16 Settings

Hello Could somebody please explain the following fragment in a more clear way, possibly with some form of diagram, I'm struggeling to get my head around it, even with use of pen and paper! I'm not quite able to understand the following bit: Since we want the 16th GPIO pin, we need the second set o...

What can I do with a bramble?

Hi guys

I have seen these brambles knocking around, especially the 64 Pi from the University of Southampton.

But what really could I do with this? Could I run the Cluster as a web server and operate it over two Raspberry Pi's, making a faster web server?

Any advice is great!

Re: FTP into my Pi

You really need a basic understanding of Linux before you dive into these things. RSA is a public key, it's an encryption method used by FTP/SSH clients to identify devices. Although Raspbain Wheezy has SSH activated by defaulted, so you could just go to FileZilla or whatever and type yourpiip yourp...

Introduction to NGiNX... tutorial series

I've wrote a nice article to get people into NGiNX and make the transition to Apache, as NGiNX is a less resource hogging HTTP it's perfect for the Raspberry Pi, give my article a read and let me know what you think! :-) More will be coming up shortly... http://fusionstrike.com/2012/introduction-ngi...

Re: Problem install Raspcontrol on Raspbian

Hai, I'm the creator of the Raspcontrol project. Sorry about my poorly written guide, more focused on development than a guide... Anyway you can't start the server on boot as it runs on a PHP Development Server also if you can't kick the server up on port 80, it seems like something else is running ...

Re: Raspcontrol on a samba server

Hello!

As long as you have PHP 5.4 installed on your R-Pi is completely possible to run!

There is a getting started guide here: http://raspcontrol.com/getting-started-guide/

Find the section that says Deploying with PHP 5.4 and you'll be on your way!
