What I'm exactly looking for is:
With the UMS (user management system) you are able to see if the Client (Raspberry Pi) is online or not. The tool must be able to reboot or shutdown the clients. Client OS is Debian. I need to disable and enable the USB ports etc.

To get more in detail. I need a software how to manage the USB Ports the possibility to install files to reboot them etc with a tool.
