Re: Pi Zero + Camera Board = USB webcam gadget?

I am looking for a similar config as @Ikester, I would like Ethernet and Webcam working at thesame time for a custom CM Board. I'm also interested in adding MIDI to that composite gadget if possible. I am looking to send along synthesized frames from an existing GL Engine, there is no wifi on my CM ...

Re: Activating composite UVC + ECM or ACM usb gadget on RPI0

Trying to achieve this same thing and I can't seem to retain ECM functionality when adding any gadget mode beyond ECM+ACM. Even if i'm just adding something simple like MIDI.

Anyone experiencing something similar?

Having exactly the same issue here, was really thrown off when I was getting 5 fps on a blank three.js canvas.

Been googling for hours & haven't been able to find a solution. Any progress on this issue?

Re: CM3 and usb gadgets (DWC2)

I was able to resolve my issue by using a fresh compute module 3 (vs my old 3+).

No idea why the other wasn't working but this one is working fabulously.

Guess ill stick to the 3 for my upcoming product...

Thanks for your help,
Ron

Re: CM3 and usb gadgets (DWC2)

Any ideas on what might be happening here? I am really racking my brain as to what might have gone wrong as I feel I have tried everything (aside maybe from just ordering another compute module and I may do so today).

Thanks,
Ron

Re: CM3 and usb gadgets (DWC2)

When I plug in (or leave everything unplugged) J14 PP11 is at 3.3V When J15 is plugged in and VBUS is 5V is supplied from my laptop; PP11 becomes 0V Is this the correct voltages @gsh? The module is a 3+ with builtin eMMC so I'm not sure by the SD card part. BTW, I also have a custom board where ther...

Has anyone gotten CM3 working as a gadget?

I am similarly not able to get the ethernet gadget working with CM3 with the procedure that works with CM1/Zero as described above.

Compute Module 3+ as OTG slave with module g_ether via USB on Dev Board V3.0

Hello there, I am playing with the Compute Module 3+ and I am having trouble getting an OTG connection with g_ether and the Official Dev Board V3.0 (R12 is unsoldered). I followed these instructions to get OTG working: https://gist.github.com/gbaman/975e2db164b3ca2b51ae11e45e8fd40a I have tried forc...

Re: RPI acting both as slave and as master device on its usb ports

Hey there, wondering If you where able to get this to work? I'm thinking of creating a device with the Compute Module and using the USB as a way to bridge a network connection between multiple Pis in a sort of mesh network. One could use an ethernet controller like the one implemented on the bigger ...

I tried recompiling OpenCV and disabling SSE / SSE2 as suggested by some other threads but this did not help.
